بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Welcome,
As-salaamu ‘alaykum.
HIJAMAH
for
Women & Girls
In Western New York.
Hijamah :
Wet cupping, also known as Hijamah,
has been practiced across continents and generations, and is cherished as a Sunnah of Rasūl-Allah (the Messenger of Allah), Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).
Today, many women seek Hijamah as part of a holistic approach for well-being.
A Sunnah practice with a rich history that continues to be explored in modern healthcare and scientific research.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is simple:
The heart, body, and soul are deeply connected. Healing isn’t just about relieving symptoms, it’s about caring for the whole person.
I believe that by returning our intentions to Allah, embracing the wisdom of Prophetic wellness, and creating space for rest, movement, reflection, and genuine human connection, women can experience profound renewal.
Whether you come to me for Hijamah or simply to ask questions, my hope is that you leave feeling seen, supported, and one step closer to your own Heart’s Return.

Frequently asked questions
-
A standard cupping session involves healing touch & skin / lymphatic stimulation, followed by dry cupping, after which tiny and very shallow incisions are made on the surface of the skin, allowing blood flow into the cup.
-
Hijamah is generally not painful, and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. Those with a lower pain tolerance may experience more discomfort.
If you have a specific condition you're looking to address or any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
-
A typical Hijamah session ranges from 45-60 minutes, depending on the number of cups and intensity of treatment. Extra time may be allotted for more in-depth consultations beforehand.
Scheduling a free consultation will reduce the amount of time needed to assess during your appointment.
-
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Make sure the clothing allows me to reach your back, and any other areas you would like cupped.
Be aware that the clothing you wear may come in contact with blood and /or olive oil. Dark colors and natural fibers are recommended.
